Refund Policy

For sessions, the following refund policy applies:

Any pre-booked and paid sessions are strictly non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled providing 48-hour prior notice given by contacting jess@thecancerrecoverycoach.com.
Any attempt to reschedule within 48 hours/or now show will result in the session being charged.

Payment Terms

The amount to pay agreed on in the contract should be paid prior to the session, in person or online through the payment portal as agreed.
